Cartography using Esri's ArcGIS Pro

Stumbled upon this useful course on Cartography last week. It gives me an opportunity to understand the various aspects - art & science of mapping geographic data as well as hands on experience on the powerful GIS - ArcGIS Pro version 2.5. Much thanks to my GIS solution provider Esri!

Below is the output of Week 1's training - reproducing a map of the state of Massachusetts, USA - plotting the road features as well as the green areas. As always, I'm just in awe to know the extent of work that goes behind creating a professional looking map. Much to admire about professional cartographers! (There's another course by UC Davis on Coursera which is on similar lines and also very useful for those interested to explore this field.)

Isn't it amazing just the amount of information you can capture in a single image?
